All we need from you as an enquiry - short description, wall thickness and very simple sketch floorplan with basic measurements and window/door positions. Usually tha's enough information for us to provide the quotation, and our in-house design department will make set of drawings. Or you can email the link to existing design with list of changes you would like to be made to it.

All bespoke design cabins are cut after approval of production drawings by the customer, also all bespoke are erected at the factory for control prior shipment.

• single log wall thickness 28mm / 35mm / 45mm / 70mm
• TwinSkin wall with cavity for insulation between wall logs 35+35mm / 45+45mm / 70+70mm
• Single glass individual panes windows and doors for 28mm walls, or Euro profile Tilt&Turn windows with 24mm insulated glass for walls 45mm / 70mm and all TwinSkins. Doors with cylinder locks, all joinery in frames, hinged, with all harware supplied and ready for installation.
• Floors 28mm tongue and grooved 4 side planed, select quality and reliability long term - BIG difference from 19mm floors offered by competition!
• Impregnated floor bearers
• Impregnated foundation beams. Wall logs in no contact with ground or with concrete base.
• 19mm tongue and grooved 4 side planed roof boards.
• All drawings and component specifications included.
• All fixtures included.
• Storm braces for fixing the whole roof structure to walls.
• Fascias, skirtings, decoration pieces supplied.
• All flat packaged on pallet, plastic wrapped, strapped in well protected packs for safe transit to your address straight from the mill.
